“I spent a year in the middle of a struggle in a state with terrible maternal rights, with my Instagram posts and modeling used as reasons why I shouldn’t have children, and I fought and broke away from the love of my life, while he becomes unrecognizable to me, with a fraction of his resources (or IQ/strategy experience),” she wrote on X.

‘All this time I haven’t seen one of my babies for five months. And this is only what we can say publicly, as most of my experiences over the years should remain behind closed doors.”

Grimes previously stated that Musk’s anti-trans comments were “not his heart” and she shared public support for Vivian Jenna.
Musk has filed a lawsuit for custody of the children he shares with Grimes in Texas, where his headquarters are located.
Grimes subsequently filed a counterclaim by a “petition to establish parental relationship” in a California court, usually seen as the first step in suing for custody of unmarried parents.
She alleged that Musk denied her children access and even prevented them from seeing their terminally ill maternal grandmother.
A Travis County clerk confirmed this that the Texas dispute had been settled, but declined to provide further details.
Grimes claimed the ordeal nearly left her “bankrupt” and unable to make new music.
