England has emerged as potential hosts of the remaining matches in the suspended Indian Premier League.
While England -stars clambered to return homeThe ECB announced that they are open to organize the completion of the tournament – perhaps in September.
English cricket Chiefs believe that they can shake the route and make important grounds available. Twelve of 70 group matches – plus four play -offs including the final – were not played.
IPL -Organizers Initially put the tournament on hold for a week, but the suspension will probably take longer.
A total of ten English players flew from India to escape from the growing cross -border tensions and conflict with Pakistan.
BCCI honorary secretary Devajit Saikia said: “The ten franchises transferred the concern and feelings of their players and also the views of the broadcaster, sponsors and fans.
“Further updates with regard to the new schedule and locations will be announced in due course after an extensive assessment of the situation in consultation with relevant authorities and stakeholders.”
There was little option than to suspend the IPL The Punjab Kings match against Delhi Capitals was abandoned on Thursday after 10.1 overs.
The first explanation was a failure of the spotlight, but the location in Dharamsala is less than 100 miles of cities where air cases sirens and explosions were heard.
Closed with the local airport, players, employees and officials were evacuated by bus before they caught a train to Delhi, the capital of India.

Overseas players and in particular the Aussie -Contingent – including test captain Pat Cummins – were alerted by developments.
They quickly made agreements to fly back to Australia and the English players – Jos ButtlerJofra Archer, Liam Livingstone, Phil Salt, Jacob Bethell, Sam Curran, Craig Overton, Will Jacks, Moeen Ali and Reece Topley – also left the country.
Ironically, Bethell was not taken into account later this month for the one -off test against Zimbabwe because of his involvement in the IPL.
The IPL is a huge money spinner in which every competition alone generates more than £ 6 million in TV income.
Although India and Pakistan no longer play bilateral series, global events are rigged, so that they are confronted with each other in group phases because of the interest and income.
That may no longer be possible after the escalation between the two nuclear arming countries.
On Wednesday, India focused on what they claimed terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan was in retaliation for an attack in Kashmir last month.
Virat KohliThe biggest cricket -super star of India, expressed strong support for his country with an Instagram story post and said: “We are in solidarity with and greeting our forces for fiercely protecting our country in these difficult times.
“We owe our heroes forever thanks for their relentless courage and genuine gratitude for the sacrifices she and their families make for our great nation. Jai Hind.”
Jai Hind means victory for India in Hindi.
The IPL was played in South Africa and the VAE in the past and the English authorities are convinced that the disturbance will not influence the five-test series this summer against India, which runs from June 20 to August 4.
In the meantime, the Pakistan Super League, where seven England players participated, was initially switched to the VAE, but has now been submitted indefinitely because the Emiratis does not want to be seen as Pakistan allies.
