Bobby Zamora has captured a record-breaking carp while filming his new TV program.
The first England Striker, 44, is used to retirement.
Zamora has proven to be pretty useful in his new profession and connects with Ali Hamidi for the show Underwater Grand Fishing Adventure on ITV.
Posts on his Instagram Account, Hamidi unveiled a photo of Zamora with his newest huge catch.
The TV star wrote: “Breaking News – Bobby Zamora has just made the British carp fishing and underwater carp fishing history (again) made in the British legendary water Grenville.
“A carp that has not been caught for 18 months – and just has been created & paella -fied on OMC boilers, final hook and of course the magical magic wand – all for the underwater camera! Data not lying darling!
“We are personally overwhelmed by what just happened on carp fishing here!
“It is written in the (Star Emoji) & (Moon Emoji). Zamo you f *** ING Beauty!”
Zamora and Hamidi are filming in Grenville syndicate in Cambridgeshire.
The catch of the former football player will be all the more satisfying, given that he and Hamidi have passed a bad session in Grenville during the last season of their TV program.
