A former Prime Minister League assistant referee has been imprisoned for raping a man.

Steven Wilson, 55, Lured the foreigner From a taxi rank to his flat by promising to bring him to a party with “many girls”.

He locked him up and forced him to perform a sexual action before raping him in Worcester in 2009.

Wilson avoids justice until 2021.

The victim recognized him from an article about his other sex crimes and told the police.

Wilson, from Rowley Regis, West Mids, was found guilty of rape and sexual abuse at Worcester Crown court.

He was imprisoned for nine years.

Previously known as Stephen Dorr, he was promoted to the Prem referee selection in 2005.

In 2009 it turned out that he had downloaded and communicated indecent images with minor boys.

In 2011 he was imprisoned for 15 months for sexual offenses involving teenage boys.

After the condemnation, detectives -agent Chris Hawkes, from West Mercia Policesaid: “Wilson’s victim was incredibly afraid during his time who was trapped in his flat and feared for his safety because he did not know Wilson, or what he was capable of.

“His terrible test lasted three or four hours because it was out of light when Wilson finally allowed him to leave the flat.

“We are pleased to get this judicial result for Wilson who has subjected his victim to a humiliating and humiliating test in 2009.”
