Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, has struck a deal with Nevada prosecutors after he was charged with felony charges over allegations that he made unwelcome advances on a political donor.
In a police report filed last year, Trashelle Odom said married Lewandowski repeatedly touched her as she sat next to her at an event at a Las Vegas hotel, followed her, touched her leg and buttocks and “stalked” her all evening.
Odom, the wife of Idaho construction manager and major GOP donor John Odom, also accused Lewandowski of throwing a drink at her.
Court documents show that the charges were filed earlier this month in Clark County, Nevada.
And Lewandowski, 49, agreed to a deal that includes eight hours of “impulse control” counseling, 50 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine.
No plea of guilty was required and the charges will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for a year, according to Politico who obtained the application.

In her complaint to police, Trashelle Odom said Lewandowski followed her, touched her leg and buttocks, and “stalked” her all evening.

“A crime has been filed, but we are pleased to say that the matter has been resolved,” his lawyers said.
The resolution required no confessions from Lewandowski. The court sets conditions that Lewandowski will meet and the case is eventually dropped.’
Lewandowski was Trump’s first campaign manager when he launched his presidential election in 2015. Although he was replaced a year later, he remained part of Trump’s circle of informal advisers.
However, he was thrown overboard by Trump’s Super Pac and other roles in Republican campaigns as Odom’s accusations surfaced.
According to her statement to the Idaho Police Department, Lewandowski made repeated comments about the size of his genitals. He also “described his sexual achievements and showed Odom his hotel room key.”
Odom was one of about two dozen major Republican Party donors at the event, which took place at a substance abuse event at the Westgate Las Vegas hotel for the Victoria’s Voice Foundation.
She said Lewandowski cursed while talking about sex while approaching her repeatedly.
“Those statements, coupled with his attitude and aggressive behavior,” left Odom “intimidated and fearful and fearful for my safety and that of my family members,” Odom said in a statement to police.
“It was like he thought he had a sense of ownership over me from the start,” she added.

At the time, a lawyer for Lewandowski, who has been married since 2005 and has four children, dismissed the allegations as “rumours.”
Odom also claimed that Lewandowski claimed he wielded tremendous power thanks to his connections to the former president and said he had committed violent acts earlier in his life.
She went public with a statement.
“I’m coming forward because he needs to be held accountable,” Odom said. “I am blessed to have a loving husband and family behind me.
“I want other women to know that you can be heard too, and together we can prevent these kinds of terrible things.”
S added that she was scared when she reached her hotel room because Lewandowski’s room was right next to hers. She described how she timed her departure the next day to make sure she didn’t run into him.
“I went into my room crying and trembling because I didn’t know if I had ruined everything my family worked so hard to grow,” Odom said in the statement.
