Fashion fanatic transforms her Shein sandals into flawless Hermes dupes on the cheap

We all want to have a chic wardrobe full of designer labels, but paying for it can be a different story.

However, one fashion fan has discovered just the trick and managed to make it look like she owns £610 sandals.

She loved the hack so much that she shared it on TikTok and it has since gone viral with more than 22.9 million views.

Fashion fan Joudy, known as @joudyaall on TikTok revealed how she transformed her Shein sandals into flawless Hermes dupes.

In the video, she explained that all she needed was a little nail polish remover.

While demonstrating her trick, she jokingly wrote: “Poor people things.”

In the video, it can be seen that she bought brown sandals that looked like the Oran Hermes, with the iconic ‘H’ cutouts, but these had the Shein logo on the heel.

So to make them look more like a dupe of Hermes’, the savvy fashion fan grabbed some nail polish remover and cotton pad and started wiping off the logo.

Her video received a lot of attention with more than 634,000 likes and more than 2,800 comments.

One wrote: “FYI Hermes shoes are very uncomfortable so you just saved your pocket and feet!”

Another added: “Girl math: you just saved $700!”

A third said: “I have the same slippers and I don’t care.

“Imagine spending hundreds of dollars on the real thing. That’s a joke to me.”

While some said the fashion lover should be proud of where she got the sandals from.

A big fan of cheap online retailers said: “Hell no!! I wear it with pride and when I ask I say it was £4 for Shein! Lol.”

And another asked: “Why should we be ashamed of it? Luxury brands have the same quality as other cheap brands.”

Someone else also said: “Most likely these shoes are from the same manufacturer, where many other companies label their stuff.”
