‘Feels like melted chocolate,’ says shopper as Lush sells ‘Nutella-inspired’ wax
ATTENTION all chocoholics! Lush is now selling a “Nutella-inspired” shower gel and it’s leaving shoppers “obsessed.”
A woman uploaded a video explaining how it felt like she was “washing herself with melted chocolate” – in a positive way.
On her @thelushconnoisseur account, which often reviews the brand’s products, she showed the gel in action.
She said: “Lush has created a Nutella inspired shower gel.
“It is made from hazelnut, milk and cocoa.
“It literally looks and smells exactly like Nutella.
“Wow, I’m in love. I’m just obsessed.
“It looks so edible. Delicious.”
The Lush product ‘Posh Chocolate’ is said to be ‘deliciously hydrating and soothing’ and it comes in a range of sizes.
On Lush’s website or app, you can buy a 100g jar for £9, while the 225g jar costs £18.
The customer added: “It’s such a thick and luxurious shower gel.
“It feels like I’m washing myself with melted chocolate. It’s so creamy and soothing.
“The scent is to die for.
“If you have friends or family who love Nutella, this is the perfect gift for them.
“I can still smell the chocolate scent. It’s super sweet and indulgent.
“I’m going to finish off my chocolate wash with some real Nutella. Bye!”
Lush’s website states: “This deliciously self-centered – and completely vegan – chocolate body wash is packed with cocoa powder, hazelnut milk and Fair Trade organic aloe Real gel that softens your skin and makes you smell nice.
“Cocoa butter has a silky texture and a deliciously sweet scent, while glycerin increases skin hydration and relieves signs of dehydration.”
And it is very easy to use.
“Just take a big handful out of the pan and inhale the rich cocoa scent as you rub it all over your body. Then rinse it off.”
Many Lush fans seemed desperate to click to promote the limited edition product.
One said: “Looks like this Nice I can’t wait to try it!!”
Another added: “Wow I need this lol.”
And a third commented: “It looks a bit like you’re putting on self-tanner.”
