Female Marketing Executive suffers new blow after being accused of a whole series of child abuse about her erotic fiction novel ‘Daddy’s Little Toy’

The author of a ‘taboo’ novel about a relationship between a girl and her father’s friend was refused anonymity in court despite receiving death threats online.

Lauren Tensolin-Mastrosa, who writes under the pseud name ‘Tori Woods’, came under fire for her book Daddy’s Little Toy, which has children’s building blocks on the cover.

The book describes a man who spoke about how he wanted a now 18-year-old since she was a toddler.

The 33-year-old employee of Christian Charity had published a pre-release of the novel to around 20 advanced readers in March.

The Australian center to prevent the exploitation of children received complaints about the book and the Australian federal police referred them to New South Wales Police who arrested her on March 21.

Mrs. Tsolin-Mastrosa has not been guilty of possessing, distributing and producing child abuse.

During a hearing on Monday, her lawyer Mickaela Mate said that the alleged attacking content between fictional characters was two consenting adults.

‘[It] Is a fantasy within a fiction and therefore there are no victims, “said the lawyer.

As the author of the author Adam Mastrosa watched, Mrs. Mate claimed that it was necessary the court to prevent the publication of her client’s data and the case.

But on Wednesday Mrs. Tsolin-Mastrosa lost her bid at Blacktown Local Court.

Online threats against the woman and her husband, including a tapping tender that referred to the electric chair, were high enough that her safety was in danger, the court was told.

Mrs. Tsolin-Mastrosa had experienced need because of these comments against her because the material of child abuse was considered horrible.

“Being called pedophile is something that stays in the community,” Metel told the court.

She also argued that every magistrate who heard the case in the future could be influenced because they had read in the generally reported ‘memorable’ matter.

The case endured because her client worked for a Christian charity institution, Baptistcare, while he wrote about alleged taboo material, the court heard.

“It’s so memorable because my customer is different … so normal,” said Mrs. Mate.

Barrister Matthew Lewis SC, who represents News Corp, opposed every oppression and said that details about the case had already become viral worldwide.

“It is almost related to trying to stop the tide – it’s gone,” he said.

Magistraat Rami Attia refused to give the orders and said there was no certificate, Mrs. Tsolin-Mastrosa ran a risk of damage or self-harm for further reporting.

Despite the ‘deep -rooted fear’ of the author, this was to visit the court and the genuine concerns of her lawyer for her well -being, the magistrate said.

He also said that none of the online threats was sufficient to justify the court that would protect its identity.

Any suggestion that a magistrate could be influenced by media reports from the case was also rejected.

Mrs. Tolin-Mastrosa did not appear before the hearings. Her case returns to the court on June 5.

A spokeswoman for Baptistcare has previously said that the organization would not comment on the circumstances of individual employees.

“We can confirm that we have received complaints about a public employee,” said the spokeswoman.

“As a result of these complaints, the employee was finished on March 20, while we conduct an internal investigation.”

Prior to her arrest, Tesolin-Mastrosa went to social media to say that the recoil from her book was a ‘big misunderstanding’.

“DLT promotes or promoting or encouraging something that ever has to do with (sexual abuse of children) or pedophilia,” she wrote.

“What is being said is roughly disturbing and breaks my heart and makes me sick.”

Mrs. Tsolin-Mastrosa then brought down her social media accounts and her book was also removed from Amazon and Goodreads.
