Images of the toxic beef Wellington and the table where There in Patterson served her deadly lunch have been released by the Supreme Court from Victoria.

The photos were released in addition to a wealth of video and photo senior racks that were offered to the court during the epic process of 10 weeks of Patterson.

The evidence dump included CCTV images of the moment Patterson fired from the hospital, against medical advice, after she claimed to have eaten the toxic meal she served her lunch guests.

The court also released photos of the dehydrator that Patterterson used to dry out the deadly mushrooms before she used them to kill her in -laws.

Patterson, 50, had not guilty of the murders of Don and Gail Patterson, and Gail’s sister, Heather Wilkinson.

After consuming mushrooms from Death Cap -Champignons, they died in beef Wellingtons during lunch in her Leongatha house on July 29, 2023.

Only pastor Ian Wilkinson survived lunch, convicted with Patterson for his attempted murder.

The images shown to the jury were remembered from the media until a judgment was reached.

One video quietly shows Patterterson a BP service station in which she entered the toilet for only nine seconds.

Patterson had driven her son to his flying lesson in Tyabb the day after the meal and stopped under the BP petrol station in Caldermeade.

Dressed in white pants, while he claimed to suffer from ‘explosive diarrhea’, Patterson was wandered over the gas station, stopped to buy treats, a sandwich with ham, cheese and tomatoes and a sweet chili chicken foil.

Other images showed Patterson to leave The Leongatha Hospital on July 31, 2023 has complained about nausea and diarrhea.

She fired herself against medical advice about five minutes after arrival at the hospital at 8.05 am.

So worried was a doctor about her well -being that he was forced to call the police to try to get her back.

The police arrived in her house shortly after Patterterson returned to the hospital at 10 am.

Told by Patterson where the leftovers could be found, the officers drove the deadly meal back to the hospital, where it was inspected by Dr. Veronica Foote, before it was transferred for further research by Monash Health Emergency Registrar Laura Muldoon.

The court was also shown CCTV vision of Patterterson at the Punt, where it was seen that rode a red 4WD and a large black device in a container in e-waste dumped.

That device later turned out to be the dehydrator that she had used to dry the death caps she had harvested earlier.

The jury was also shown images of cut mushrooms that were on a metal tray from the Dehydrator.

The images were taken by Patterson and taken out of her devices.

Royal Botanic Gardens of Victoria Mycologist Tom May told the jury that he could not exclude the possibility that these are Death Cap Mushrooms. “

On August 5, 2023, the police carried out a house search order on the House of Leongatha van Patterson, the grasping of various electronic devices and photographing the scene of crime.

The defense of Patterson had tried to suggest that the police had missed her phone during that search, which they claimed could be seen in one image in a black store.

However, an image of Patterson’s visit to the hospital showed that she held the phone in a pink housing.

The phone was never established by the police and probably dumped by Patterson in the days after the raid.

The jury was also shown that the Patterson cookbook claimed to have based its mean beef.

She had eliminated the recipe from a cookbook for eating a reciper, but drastically changed the way the Wellingtons were made to implement her bad plan.

Instead of operating a complete logbook from Wellington, Patterson changed the recipe to make individual pasties, where she served her ‘safe’ Wellington on another colored board to ensure that she was not accidentally poisoned.

During the process, much of that board was made, in which the defense of Patterson suggested that Ian Wilkinson had made a mistake about the size and color of his host’s plate.

But it was an observation made by her other lunch guests, who lived long enough to tell the story before they slowly died and kill.

Patterson itself had also brought to the witness box in a final ditch attempt to save her skin.

But her lies took her undone time and time again.

Eventually the jury decided that it could not believe that a word that Patterterson said and the rise of the evidence was completely undoubtedly that she had killed her guests in the coldest ways.

She will be confronted with a provisional plea on a date that must be determined before a sentence where she is expected to receive a life sentence.
