Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl Confesses Cheating on Wife Jordyn Blum and Having Secret Love Child
Dave Grohl has admitted to cheating on his wife Jordyn Blum and secretly fathering a baby girl.
The 55-year-old Foo Fighters singer made the shocking admission in a statement posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
The statement read: ‘I recently became the father of a new baby daughter, born out of wedlock. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.
“I love my wife and my children, and I am committed to earning their trust and forgiveness. We are grateful for your attention to all the children involved as we move forward together.”
Grohl and Blum, 48, met in 2001 and have been married since 2003. They have three daughters: Violet, Harper and Ophelia.

She previously worked as a model and TV producer.
The rock star, who is often described as a “family man,” has spoken about the importance of his family in interviews over the years.
In 2007, Grohl told The Guardian: ‘[My wife] Jordyn and [daughter] Violet is an anchor that keeps me from disappearing completely.’
Speaking to TIME in 2012, he said his family “changed everything I do.”
He added: ‘It’s changed everything I do. When you have kids, you see life through different eyes. You feel love more deeply and maybe you’re a little more compassionate. It’s inevitable that that finds its way into your songwriting.’
Grohl divorced his first wife Jennifer Leigh Youngblood in 1997 after admitting to cheating.
Although little is publicly known about Blum, People reported that she once appeared on the cover of Teen, after being discovered in a supermarket at age 12.
Blum was reportedly working as a producer at MTV when she met the frontman.
But Grohl told Elle in 2007 that he wasn’t ready for a serious relationship when they first met, and after a few dates, he stopped calling Blum.

News of his recent infidelity came after he was spotted with Blum at Wimbledon in July
He shared, “After three months, I had an epiphany and called her back. She picked up the phone and said, ‘Oh, I never thought I’d hear from you again.'”
Blum has collaborated with the Foo Fighters several times, including in the 2002 music video White Limo, in which she also appeared.
She also co-directed the Foo Fighters’ 2002 music video “Walking a Line.”

Grohl wore a dark suit with a gold tie, a white shirt and Dolce & Gabbana loafers and was seen smiling with his sunglasses on.
Meanwhile, she looked stylish in a lilac blazer and matching midi dress.
Grohl made headlines earlier this summer when he publicly criticized Taylor Swift, claiming that the singer doesn’t sing live.
The Foo Fighters frontman lashed out at the pop queen, calling her sold-out tour the “errors” tour and joking that his band “actually plays live.”

During a performance at the London Stadium, he referenced Swift, while she was performing across the capital at Wembley that same evening – to boos from some fans.
He addressed the crowd: ‘We joked about the Taylor Swift tour earlier. I know she’s on her ‘errors’ tour.
“Man, I’m telling you, you don’t want to incur the wrath of Taylor Swift.
‘That’s why we like to call our tour the Errors Tour.
‘We’ve had more than a few eras, and more than a few f***ing mistakes too. Just a few.’
The bandleader clarified, “That’s because we’re actually playing live. What?”
To great cheers he continued: ‘I’m just saying. You guys like raw live rock ‘n’ roll music, don’t you?
“You’ve come to the right place!”
In August, Grohl also made his political leanings clear, saying that any royalties Donald Trump earns from the use of one of his songs will be donated to Kamala Harris’ campaign.
The former president used the band’s 1997 song “My Hero” when he welcomed Robert F. Kennedy to an Arizona rally after the independent candidate endorsed him.
The band responded in a statement to Billboard: “No permission was asked of Foo Fighters, and if permission had been sought, they would not have granted it.”
It added that “appropriate action will be taken” against the Trump campaign and that any royalties received would be donated to the Harris/Walz campaign.
When an X account asked them if the band had let Trump use the song, they simply replied, “No.”
