Foodies have become wild after they have discovered that one Dutch Fast food chain called ‘Better Than McDonald’s’ was recently launched in the UK.
Fastfood fans have recently been treated to a wave of chains that arrive from abroad, with people like Dave’s hot chicken and wing stop with drawing in miles long queues for their delicious meals.
Now food lovers have discovered a new eatery that quickly gained fame – Dutch fast food chain Fat Phill’s.
Originally from Amsterdam, the Hamburger Joint Joints quietly opened his first British store in Clapham Junction London At the end of 2024, and has since earned a loyal base of happy customers.
The restaurant serves a number of tasty delicacies, including Smash Burgers, American Style Sandwiches and Fries Gevard High with delicious pieces.
Irish fast food lovers do not have to wait long to get hold of the Lip-Smacking pasties, because the location recently announced plans to open at New Outlet AT Dublin’s Temple Bar.
Founded for the first time in 2019 by Armin Vahabian, the relatively young eatery, now operates 18 locations in the Netherlands, with new locations that are popping up, including in London and Ireland.
The founder describes the restaurant as a ‘Urban Cool Young’ outlet with ‘Casual American style eating.

Vahabian’s LinkedIn describes: “American Food Casual Restaurant from Amsterdam, which offers a unique eating experience that combines American culture, music and hip-hop style graffiti in an environment with an industrial theme.”
Fat Phil’s, at the Fastfood fans crowd, offers a variety of tasty delicacies with everything, from standard cheeseburgers to nashville hot chicken sandwiches, smash patties and even a called ‘Meaty Madness’, who packs beef, pastrami, bacon, selection and a chicken’s selection.
It also serves a truffle burger, which combines a juicy beef paternity with raclette -cheese, truffle mayonnaise and fig jam.
With something for everyone on the menu, Fat Phill’s also offers vegan options with meat -free pasties sandwiched between plush bread rolls, lettuce, dairy -free cheese, tomatoes and pickles.
The prices vary across the board, with basic menu items such as the classic cheeseburger sold for only £ 7.95, while more extensive sandwich options are no less than £ 16.95 for a hamburger that is packed on the edge with tasty ingredients.
The outlet also sells ‘thick sandwiches’, including a Philly Cheesesteak options, a cheese -like Buffalo and Texas Range Variety.
And for those who want to cover their plate, Fat Phill’s also serves a series of snacks and sides, including chicken offers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and countless species of seasoned chicken.

Fat Phill’s was brought to Great Britain by Freshly Baked LTD, the company behind the popular High-Street Pretzel Shop, Aunt Anne’s UK, with plans to open several new sites in London in the coming years.
The franchise even has plans to develop no fewer than 100 locations in the following decade, as well as rolling out countless points of sale in Ireland.
Plans that are likely to be well received by samplers from the restaurant, with a lot of online with written praising reviews for the ‘Delicious’ range.
A food blogger, called the name in a row, even went so far that he compares it with rival food giants, including McDonald’s.
They praise the new eatery, they wrote: ‘I can say with confidence that this restaurant beats McDonald’s And KFC Every day of the week. ‘
On Reddit, others greeted the new food options, with one writing: ‘Fat Phill’s Dinner has the best hamburgers in Amsterdam. I ordered everywhere. Believe me about this. ‘
Fat Phill’s also made an impression on Google Reviewers, who have gathered one for 4.5 stars for his ‘fantastic’ hamburgers.
Others praised the ‘authentic’ Philly Cheeesteaks and added that they were a ‘rare find’ in the capital.
