The property is a change from the $6.3 million ‘French Castle’ in Sydney’s western Dural, which was used for Jimmy Nicholson’s season.

Before Dural, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette were filmed in a $2.3 million building in Oxford Falls, northern Sydney.

The grounds of the estate are perfect for group dates, meaning the cast and crew don’t have to travel far outside the mansion.
