Gabby Allen buys stocks she swears by because she keeps DD ‘baps’ in place
GABBY Allen has learned the hard way what happens to surgically enhanced breasts when you return to the gym too soon.
So now she swears by a strap to keep her “baps” in place while working out.
“For anyone who has had boobs done, you should get one of these bands,” Gabby said in an interview. video on her TikTok page.
“I know they’re not the most attractive or stylish fashion accessory, but they keep your boobs from moving while you run!”
And she’s such a fan of the compression band that she even wears it when she’s not working out.
“I literally don’t take mine off,” she said.

“I sleep in it, and as soon as I get home – you know how some people take off their bra when they get home?
“I put on my bra, my sports bra, my support band, and they keep my breasts very perky!”
“I’m not taking mine off, these baps are staying in place this time… After my last surgery it wasn’t pretty,” Gabby added in the video caption.
Although Gabby’s band appeared to be a post-surgery compression band, which you can get online for around £10, there are also specific bands for exercise, called Boofriend.
According to their website, the band “reduces vertical and lateral chest movement by providing compression tailored for high-impact exercises.”
Gabby, 32, appeared on Love Island in 2017.
And after taking part in the ITV2 TV competition, she felt so insecure about her body that she went under the knife, but the £5,000 operation, which was designed to take her from a B cup to a C, ultimately became a failed operation. .
She told The Sun’s Fabulous magazine: ‘When I was there I was 25 and fantastic.
“But I still had a breakdown during the show. It was about my breasts. I didn’t say that directly, or maybe I did. But I didn’t have breasts, I just wasn’t naturally well endowed.
“There were a lot of girls on the show who had nice big, fake or real breasts.
“And they all started getting lots of dates and I thought, ‘Is it because I don’t have boobs or is it just because no one really wants me?'”
Reflecting on how she “ruined” the implants after surgery, she said: “I got too excited and went back to the gym way too quickly.”
Common causes of sagging breasts
Gravity: Over time, the constant force of gravity can cause the ligaments in the breasts to stretch and sag, especially in larger breasts
Smoking: Smoking reduces blood flow to the skin, leading to loss of elasticity and premature sagging
Lack of support: Not wearing a properly fitting bra, especially during exercise, can lead to stretching of the breast tissue and ligaments
Weight gain and loss: Changes in body weight can cause changes in the fatty tissue in the breasts, making them more susceptible to sagging
“My left breast dropped a lot and then my right breast dropped too, but it wasn’t as bad as the left breast.
“My left breast was literally pointed towards the ceiling.”
Gabby then traveled to Turkey to have her breasts corrected and re-done with a DD, as she said: “I’m absolutely happy with it now!”
