Neville was clearly impressed and tweeted his response to the video in which he appeared to suggest that the redevelopment work at the Bernabeu was an indication that United were falling further behind their European rivals.
“To Joel and Avram. Stop delaying the inevitable and sell now,” he tweeted.
Neville has been scathing in his analysis of United on the pitch in recent months after their disappointing sixth place finish last season.
He has also grown angry about matters off the field, putting the blame on the Glazers.
One of his biggest problems with the current owners is their lack of investment in the club’s stadium.

Anfield will be a more modern ground than Manchester United and Old Trafford in 12 months. That’s unforgivable,” Neville recently said on Steven Bartlett’s The Diary of a CEO podcast.
Manchester City are light years ahead on and off the pitch.
Tottenham have invested £1.3bn in a new stadium that is out of this world. It’s a museum, it’s the best in the world. And if you go to their training ground, it’s a great, brilliant facility that’s much better than Carrington that we moved to in 2000.
“Manchester United haven’t invested in the stadium in 20 years, and they haven’t invested that much in the training ground. It is a club that is having a hard time.
“And I’ve been saying over the years that the only thing I think it can change now is ownership. There’s an embedded rot in the club.’
