Get $30 off a Hulu Plus Live TV subscription for a limited time
Hulu is offering a $30 discount to people who sign up for a Hulu Plus Live TV subscription.
Hulu Plus Live TV gives subscribers access to over 95 TV channels, featuring sports, national and local news, and a variety of entertainment titles. The service offers access to Hulu’s on-demand streaming library and original programming, along with next-day network TV shows and features like unlimited DVR.
The timing of this temporary deal is notable given the ongoing dispute between Disney and DirecTV. Subscribers to the satellite TV service lost access to Disney channels ESPN, ABC, Hulu, Disney Plus, Freeform and FX earlier this month. Each channel is included with a Hulu + Live TV subscription.
How long the dispute will last is anyone’s guess. In the meantime, DirecTV is offering billing credits to those affected by the outage.
For viewers who want to stay up-to-date on college football games or the US Open tennis tournament, it might be smart to take advantage of the Hulu + Live TV deal. The Hulu + Live TV with ads tier normally costs $76.99 per month. With the deal, a month of the service costs $46.99.
So, who qualifies for the deal? Basically, everyone. The offer states that all new Live TV with ads signups — including new Hulu subscribers and upgrades — can take advantage of the deal.
Users can expect to receive the $30 rebate as a refund within six to eight weeks of the first month’s bill. The offer is only available on the web and is not valid for mobile or living room devices. The offer is valid until Wednesday, September 11 at 11:59 PM PTFor more information about the offer and how to register, please visit Hulu.
