Glamorous Today host Taylor Haynes and Cooper Johns channel monochrome magic as they lead the arrivals at the 2024 Dally M Awards

The Dally M Awards 2024 have officially kicked off, with the NRL’s leading players and their glamorous WAGs turning out for the sport’s most prestigious night, held at Sydney’s Randwick Racecourse.

Leading the arrivals was Today show star Taylor Haynes, who wore a stunning white one-sleeved down coat with a cut-out back and a thigh-high slit.

The red carpet reporter looked glamorous with soft pink evening make-up and a nude lip, while he opted for a ‘wet look’ hairstyle with a side parting and loose waves.

Taylor dazzled with silver diamond jewelry and accessorized with white strappy heels.

25-year-old retired NRL halfback radio presenter Cooper Johns also went for a monochrome look, wearing a black and white striped double-breasted blazer and a black shirt complete with bow tie.

Melbourne’s Jahrome Hughes is widely regarded as the best chance to win the men’s Dally M 2024 for the NRL’s best and fairest player. Reigning Dally M winner Tamika Upton will once again be tough to beat for the top gong in the NRLW.

Nathan Cleary is arguably the best player in the game, but he has missed many games this season due to injury.

When voting for Men’s Dally M went behind closed doors after Round 12, Penrith’s Dylan Edwards was leading with 31 points, with Nicho Hynes on 30 and Manly’s Daly Cherry-Evans on 27.

The red carpet starts at 5.30pm on Wednesday AEST, the awards ceremony starts at 7.30pm and counting for the men’s Dally M Medal starts at 8pm, all from Sydney’s Randwick Racecourse.

Channel Nine will not broadcast the ceremony, so viewers will have to tune in to Foxtel or the Kayo streaming service, both of which will begin their coverage at 7.30pm.
