Goodison Park saved with Everton to ‘change’ from ‘most iconic stadium in competition’

Goodison Park will be saved even after Everton has moved.

The toffees prepare for an emotional farewell to the famous old land this Sunday after 133 years.

They will then go to their brand new ultramodern stadium in Bramley Moore Dock prior to the Premier League season 2025-26.

But the club has ensured that Goodison Park remains in use.

Because Everton women enter and turn the stadium into their new permanent house – and believe that it will be “the most iconic location in the Super League for women”.
