In a TikTok video To promote Rhode Skin’s Strawberry Glaze Peptide Lip Treat, expectant mother Hailey showed off how she used lip liner to accentuate her lips.
After outlining her lips, she applied the balm in the center, which made her lips look fuller and plumper.
