- Hailey Bieber’s new launch of the Lemontini Lip Tint and ‘Belly Chain’ flopped
- Fans claimed that the abdominal chain was cultural and impractical
- Others pointed to the price increase of the Liptint and called it ‘greed’
Hailey Bieber‘s Rhode Peptide Lip Tint was successful in itself.
But when she came out with the Rhode Lip Case in February – a phone case with a built -in holder for the Liptin and other lip gloss – fans swarmed to buy it.
It was innovative, smart and it confirmed Hailey as not just a celebrity that went to do business without knowing what they were doing – she was a true beauty entrepreneur.
But a new launch in the Rhode line may have damaged those awards.
Together with a new ‘Lemontini’ Peptide Lip Tint, Hailey debuted a Rhode Buikkitten – a waist chain meant to hold its lip tones – on her Instagram feed.
The chain was shown in a series of promotional photos of Hailey that included the Sterret in a black tube top and matching shorts.
Hailey, 28, subtitled the Fotodump ‘Lemontini Ballerini’ followed by a lemon memoji and Martini Emoji.
But apart from the Lipint itself, fans focused their attention on the ‘buise chain’.

Waist beads are origin in ancient Egypt and West Africa, while waist chains can be traced to the Indian subcontinent.
Many people, knowing this, claimed that Hailey’s new product was a form of cultural -owning.
Even of them, fans criticized the Rhode Belly Chain because they were an unnecessary (and impractical) cash grip – and made less than free comparisons.
“This and the telephone case are stupid as F ** K to be honest, at the moment she is only trying to sell super unnecessary things, maximum consumerism,” wrote one x (formerly Twitter) user.
“Why would a woman want to wear lip tint around the waist?” Another asked.
“The telephone case was cute, but they are now milking this concept,” wrote a fan.
“It looks like a tampon holder,” another shared.
‘Celebrities are crazy. This is the most unnecessary ever, “added a fourth.

Hailey made a name for himself in the business world by launching the innovative Rhode Lip Case in February 2024

The Lemontini -Lippeptide marks the sixth shadow released in the line

The new Lemontini -Peptide lip tide was launched at $ 20, $ 2 more than other comparable products
An hour after Hailey posted on her own personal Instagram, the official RHODE account posted a photo of the new Lipint with a caption that explained that the Lemontini -Peptide Lip Tint would be the first with a new and improved formula.
“It was so important that we solve the grainy feeling that developed over time in some lip treats,” said the caption.
“We have taken the time in the past two years by doing research, experimenting and testing to find a solution.”
‘Our biggest upgrade was the changing of the shea butter from a fixed to a liquid shape, ensuring that it slides smoothly and consistently even retains texture.
“Just like the original, with the same skin care benefits and a little more pillow and wealth for a comfortable application.”
The new color contained a price increase of $ 2 compared to the usual price of the $ 18 company.
