A disabled grandmother has accused Sunbedwaaken of ruining her vacation after having hidden the towels of her and her family.
Wheelchair user Elaine Simpson, 77, from Manchester, stayed with her relatives in the Aquasol -Parthotel near Magaluf when the shocking incident took place.
Mrs. Simpson had been looking forward to spending a day at the pool and was given permission to reserve Sun Loungers because of her handicap.
But her plans were ruined after a group of friends had filmed themselves who had filmed the towels they had used to save their spots.
Mrs. Simpson explained how her hotel room was on the fifth floor and far away from the swimming pool.
And because she has chronic arthritis and is in a wheelchair, this made it a challenge for her to claim a hotel with a sunbed before they were all taken.
The grandmother took concerns about the reception and was given permission to reserve the loungers.

Mrs. Simpson said that her daughter contacted the tapping toker who posted the original video and that she abundantly apologized for the confusion and the clip.
