“It has been really difficult in the Premier League that we cannot hide from that,” Maguire said in an interview with Sky Sports. ‘It has not been good enough for this club.
‘If you look at the table, it is embarrassing, especially for our players. We have to take responsibility because we have had two managers and many opportunities to win football matches and we just didn’t do well enough this season.
‘I think in the past two months have been difficult because we have been in the EUropa League And we didn’t play a permanent team in the Premier League. The managers had to change a lot, we had many injuries.
