HMD Tab Lite Price, Design, Colorways, Key Features Leaked

HMD Tab Lite could be launching soon as details of the alleged tablet have surfaced online. The company is yet to announce the product or even confirm its name, but the design and colour options of the HMD Tab Lite have been leaked. The leak also suggests the pricing and several key specifications of the rumoured tablet, which is expected to be cheaper than the HMD T21 tablet that was unveiled in 2022. Notably, there is no hint of an India launch for the HMD Tab Lite just yet.

HMD Tab Lite price, design, color options (expected)

According to an X report, the HMD Tab Lite is expected to carry a price tag of around €149 (roughly Rs. 13,300) for the 4GB + 64GB storage variant with Wi-Fi + 4G connectivity option. after by HMD_MEME’S (@smashx_60). The tipster did not specify whether the rumored tablet will be available with a Wi-Fi-only connectivity option.

An attached image in the post shows the design of the HMD Tab Lite. The rear panel can be seen with a rectangular camera module at the top-left corner housing a single camera sensor and an LED flash. The HMD branding appears to be printed at the center of the rear panel.

The HMD Tab Lite’s flat display appears with thick bezels and a centered notch at the top bezel. The right bezel houses the power button and volume rocker. The tablet is seen in a pink color option. The post added that it will likely also come in two additional colors — black and blue.

HMD Tab Lite Features (Expected)

The HMD Tab Lite is likely to feature an 8.7-inch HD (800 x 1,340 pixels) IPS LCD display with a peak brightness of 560 nits. It could be powered by a Unisoc T610 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The alleged tablet is also expected to support expandable storage via a microSD card.

In the camera department, the HMD Tab Lite is expected to feature a single camera on the rear, which could include a 5-megapixel sensor paired with an ultra-wide lens. The front-facing camera, on the other hand, is likely to feature an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and support for autofocus.

The leakster added that the HMD Tab Lite is expected to be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging. We are likely to know more details about the alleged tablet in the coming days.
