According to the survey, Saturday is people’s favorite day to have sex, with most enjoying a pre-bedtime romp at 10:09 p.m. Daily Mail reported.

“It seems that weekend evenings are the most popular time when people feel most relaxed and can enjoy time with their partner,” said Marina Nicoli, marketing manager at Pour Moi.

The study involved 2,000 adults from around the world, including the UK. IrelandUnited States and neighboring Canada, who were in a relationship, dating, or sexually active.

The participants surveyed were asked to indicate the specific days and times they have sex and how often they have a quickie.

The data shows that Saturday is the favorite day for dancing for many people, with a whopping 43 percent saying it’s their favorite day for sex in the bedroom.

This was followed by Friday (22 percent), Sunday (10 percent), Thursday (six percent), Wednesday (five percent), Tuesday (four percent) and Monday (two percent).

Meanwhile, it turned out that the late hours were the most suitable when it came to the ideal time to go to sleep.

More than a third said they prefer to play between 10pm and midnight, with 80 percent agreeing that the ‘sweet spot’ is specifically 10.09pm.

The second most popular time frame for action was between 8pm and 10pm (27 percent).

The least sexy time turned out to be the early morning hours, with only four percent choosing to undertake the activity between 6am and 8am.

“When we asked how often adults would like to have sex, it turned out that for most people, twice a week is the ideal amount of sex,” Pour Moi added.

“Interestingly, women between the ages of 25 and 45 have the greatest need for intimacy, indicating that four times a week would be ideal, compared to twice a week for men in the same age group.”

This comes after The Sun revealed how often you should be having sex, depending on your age – and it’s not good news for Gen Z.

“Generation Z and the baby boomer generation exhibit nearly identical sexual frequencies, suggesting that both the youngest and oldest adults are having the least sex,” the researchers, led by Dr. Justin Lehmiller, wrote in the report.

“Additionally, nearly half of Gen Z reported being single, compared to just one-fifth of Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers.”
