€2 supermarket bargain

No sugary drinks

“For whatever reason, when I was 12, I decided I was only going to drink water and I stuck with that. I love water, it’s my thing. I had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel fine with plain water.”
Keeping her dog fit
On the exercise front, meanwhile, the foodie revealed that she doesn’t always do intense exercise – and sometimes a long walk with her dog is more than enough.
Sydney revealed that on average she takes her furry friend, Tank, for a two-mile walk in the morning and later in the evening — and when she’s feeling extra motivated, the fitness enthusiast will run the distance.
Pilates mom
In recent years, pilates has become all the rage in the world of fitness and exercise – and Sydney isn’t one to fall asleep to the trend.
A recent photo the star shared on Instagram was taken at popular pilates studio Solidcore, which describes the classes as “an intense, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer.”

“Our core training uses slow and controlled movements that are scientifically designed to break down muscles (to failure) so they come back stronger.”
“It makes me feel so tight and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” Sydney told Women’s Health.
Swimming and water sports
Turning time off into a workout that’s good for both your physical and mental health — what a win, and that’s exactly what the actress does when she hits the ocean.
“I grew up on the water and always ran around in a bikini. When I wasn’t swimming in the lake or ocean, I was skiing or surfing,” she said. ELLE.
