Huawei Band 8 has been quietly launched in India. The company has listed the smart fitness tracker on a leading e-commerce platform. The smart wearable will be available in two colour options in the country. The watch supports Always-On-Display (AOD) feature and is 5 ATM water-resistant. It can also offer up to 14 days of battery life. The smart band features a 1.47-inch rectangular touchscreen with AMOLED support and comes with sleep, stress, blood oxygen level and heart rate monitors.

The Huawei Band 8 is currently available in India for a special price of Rs. 4,699 through Flipkart. It comes in two colors: Midnight Black and Sakura Pink.

The Huawei Band 8 features a 1.47-inch rectangular AMOLED touch-enabled display with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels and a pixel density of 282 ppi. The watch body, with a button on the right edge, is made of durable polymer materials, while the strap is made of silicone or TPU. It is compatible with both Android and iOS smartphones. The smart fitness tracker supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

Huawei’s Band 8 is equipped with an accelerometer, gyroscope and an optical heart rate sensor. The smartwatch also supports the company’s in-house TrueSleep technology, which helps users monitor their sleep cycle. It also offers SpO2 (blood oxygen level) and stress monitoring.

The Huawei Band 8 is said to offer up to 14 days of battery life with normal use and 9 days with heavy use. With the Always-On-Display (AOD) feature enabled, the battery can last up to three days. The watch has a magnetic charging port and is 5 ATM water resistant.
