A WOMAN who is in a relationship with a man more than twice her age tells why she doesn’t care what the critics have to say.
UK’s Ellie Liptrot answered some of the most asked questions about her controversial relationship on social media.

When she met her boyfriend Mark at the age of 18, Ellie, now 21, confessed that things moved pretty quickly.
In fact, the couple moved in together and booked a relaxing, sunny vacation as their love for each other grew stronger.
However, things have not always gone smoothly, as Mark, 44, already has children from a previous relationship, who are now 15 and 12.
Ellie admits it was “really awkward” at first when the kids moved in with her and Mark.
Fortunately, the awkward situation did not last long and Ellie now gets along well with his children.
As for Mark’s age, she explained that their relationship makes sense since he’s just a kid at heart.
“Mark definitely looks and acts a lot younger. If anyone knows Mark, he is absolutely in denial about his age,” she said.
It comes as no surprise to Ellie that there is backlash against their relationship, as her parents also disagree with it.
“They never really liked Mark,” she confessed.
Although she was previously a dental assistant, Ellie decided to quit her job after she started a relationship with Mark. She now earns most of her income as a nail and eyelash technician, plus the money that she makes via social media.
The influencer drew criticism over her relationship earlier this year when she showed off her collection of beautiful items, from designer jewelry to wads of cash, during a self-paid vacation to Thailand.
She said she had paid for the couple to go to sunny Thailand for a while, but had been terribly spoiled along the way.
Although Mark went all out with the items, his favorite gift for Ellie was the book The Good Wife Guide from Ladies’ Homemaker Monthly.
This short book contains 19 rules that women can follow to make their men happy, how to cook for themselves, and why a clean house keeps your man happy.
Elli also revealed that Mark had bought her a Gucci ring, but also gave her £450 in Thai Baht to do some shopping herself.
She also received a new charm for her Nomination gold bracelet with the number 21, to mark her special birthday.
He also bought her her favourite expensive moisturiser from Augustus Bader, the Rich Cream, which costs £230.
After sharing the ins and outs of their relationship in the viral clip, people jumped into the comments section to share their thoughts.
One of them said: “When I first came across your account I honestly didn’t have a great picture of your relationship, but I feel like you’ve been together for a while and you’re both genuinely happy and that’s all that matters.”
A second commented: “I don’t understand why other people see it as an age issue, you were really 18.”
But others still had doubts about their love, with one noting that Mark “definitely [sic] has a fat wallet.”
