Almost everyone knows they should protect themselves from the sun, but finding the perfect sunscreen can be a challenge.
A woman in her 50s found an SPF that worked wonders for her skin, but she had to search for it for a long time.

Reddit user Zucakittens said she has her sunscreen shipped directly from Asia to the US.
“What not only made me wear sunscreen every day, but also made me obsessed with it, was Asian sunscreen,” the 53-year-old said.
“My first sunscreen was Isntree Watery Sun Gel (or whatever it’s called) and I still love it.
“Most people think Beauty of Joseon is very beautiful, but I didn’t think it was great.
“Skin 1004 (super long name) is absolutely fantastic.”

Zucaskittens said she could go on and on about why her favorite sunscreen is a must-have.
She added that she can no longer live without SPF because she can no longer use a popular ingredient in skin care.
“I can’t use retinoids, so sunscreen is my main anti-aging product,” she said.

Zucaskittens shared some words of wisdom for anyone creating their own anti-aging routine.
She said sunscreen works best when used daily, both indoors and outdoors.
The Redditor added that a cloudy day is no excuse to skip the SPF.
People often don’t use sunscreen if they plan to stay indoors or if the sun is not too bright.
However, sun damage can still occur through windows, so it is wise to wear it indoors.
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC)Harmful rays can also penetrate on cloudy days, making sunscreen a must regardless of the weather forecast.
It is also advisable to reapply sunscreen throughout the day, as sunscreen can wash off or become ineffective over the course of the day.
