Leah, who is from the US, is able to save money and live debt-free thanks to her life on the road.

Leah was so excited about her unique lifestyle that she shared a glimpse inside her van with her followers via social media.

In a clip posted with the caption, “This is your cue to do it!”, the blonde beauty opened up about her unique lifestyle, revealing that while there may not be a lot of space, it’s an extremely affordable way to live.

The content creator said, “Six months ago I bought an RV through Facebook Marketplace and now I live in it full time as a 20-year-old. Although I was very hesitant about living in an RV, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”

Leah explained that when she decided to move back to her hometown of Texas after living with her sister, VirginiaShe knew she didn’t want to rent an apartment and, like most twenty-year-olds, she couldn’t afford a house.

She also said she didn’t want to ‘waste’ money on renting a place, so living in a van seemed much more appealing.

She added: “And spending almost $2,000 [£1,500] “Renting an apartment for a month seems like a waste of money to me, because I won’t get it back anyway.”

Leah claims her lifestyle is very affordable as she only pays a small parking fee each month.

As she cleaned out her tiny home, which features a couch and a double bed, the influencer continued, “That’s what made me want to move into an RV. I pay a small bill every month to park it in my RV park and then when the time comes, when I’m ready to move out of my RV, I can sell it and get money back.”

Leah said people always ask her what it’s like to live in an RV full-time, and she explained that while she “loves” her RV life, there are some “downsides” to it.

Despite this, Leah indicated that the pros outweigh the cons, continuing, “I live alone, save money, and live debt-free, and now that my RV is being renovated, it’s so cute and cozy in here, it doesn’t even feel like a RV.

“And of course it might be a disadvantage not to have that much space, but personally I like it because it forces me to be tidy and organized.”

Is it legal to live in a van?

IF you want to live in a van to save money or to travel, you’ll be pleased to hear that there are no laws in the UK that stop you.

However, you do need to ensure that your vehicle has passed its MOT and is fully road legal.

There may also be restrictions on where you can park your van to sleep.

For example, local authorities impose restrictions on certain streets or parking lots and you may be fined if you spend the night there.

It can also be dangerous to stop in certain places, especially at night.
