A MAN has revealed he gave his boring blue bedroom a mega makeover while on a budget.

DIY fan Hari Harris explained that he used cheap buys from B&M, Dunelm and Ikea to spruce up his space.

Not only is his tonal bedroom super trendy and chic, but people are going so far as to say it’s so chic that it now resembles a “luxury boutique hotel.”

On social media, the DIY enthusiast shared a close-up of his bedroom before and after its total transformation.

Write down DIY on a budgeta private Facebook group with 2.2 million members, Hari revealed all during his bedroom makeover.

What was once a simple space, with bright blue walls and boring floors, has since been given a fresh, new look, without spending a lot of money.

Now Hari’s bedroom is super stylish, complete with a four-poster bed, wall paneling and beautiful accessories.

Delighted with his completed DIY job, Hari beamed: “I’m absolutely loving the tonal vibrations right now.”

He then confirmed that he used Dulux paint in shades of Gentle Fawn and Soft Truffle to add depth to his room.

Not only this, but Hari got his bed from Crazy Bed Price and the wooden panels for his feature wall from Woodveneerhub.

To decorate the space, Hari sourced prints from the Poster Store and also lit the room with lamps from Dunelm.

He bought his bedside tables from Ufurnish and instead of looking for an expensive mirror, he used an old wardrobe door.

We bought the ugliest house on the street and transformed it into our dream home. The price has now more than doubled and people are so impressed with the results.

Hari also revealed that he got a rug and plant from B&M to make the space feel warm and cozy.

To cut costs, he bought bargain shelves from Ikea and also bought cheap hanging mirrors from Home Bargains.

As if that wasn’t enough, instead of throwing the money on a fancy chair, he also got a hand-me-down from his grandpa, adding style to his space without the hefty price tag.
