“Here’s our stylist Fran to show you how…”

First she painted the ceiling a beautiful green and cleverly painted a foot at the top of the walls to create a ‘drop ceiling’ effect.

Fran described this effect as the ‘cocooning’ of the room.

She then grabbed a couple of packs of Dunelm’s DIY Panelling Kits and made rails along the walls and square panels underneath.

She used the same green color as the ceiling and covered the paneled area, leaving a strip of white wall between the two, where she applied “maximalist monkey wallpaper.”

“It only took one roll [of wallpaper] to make such an impact,” said Fran.

Then it was time to freshen up the floor.

With the help of four packs of self-adhesive floor tiles, the room really started to look different.

Fran then chose a vintage lamp and finished the bathroom with all kinds of colorful accessories and a plant.
