“All I can say is that this has actually been the best decision of my life.”

Speak with PeopleCaroline revealed filler and Botox, which she had been doing since she was 26, did not give her the look she wanted.

“I had a weird eyebrow. My lips got a little weird. My face just [got] rounder and rounder and bigger and bigger, because I kept pumping filler into my jawline,” she said.

Caroline opted to have her filler dissolved and go for a facelift instead, documenting the journey on social media for all to see.

Her surgery consisted of a deep facelift in which excess eyelid skin was removed.

She couldn’t get her eyes raised, which she says made a “big difference” – and is instead relying on Botox for her forehead.

Caroline added that she shared her journey because she doesn’t want people to feel bad about themselves and pretend that her youthful appearance is natural.

“It’s nonsense,” she said. “That’s not what skin looks like in your 40s unless you’ve had it pulled within an inch of your life by a really smart surgeon.”

The clip from her podcast has gone viral on her TikTok account @uncut and uncensored with more than 1 million views.

People were quick to share their thoughts in the comments, with many claiming she looked better before.
