I got married at sixteen. We are debt free homeowners and we even have a pool
A YOUNG couple revealed how they managed to become homeowners without debt.
After getting married in their teens, the couple remodeled their space, which even included a pool.
In her viral videoTikTok user Anna (@woonanna) gave her followers a virtual tour of her home.
She explained that when they first got married, she told her husband that she didn’t want a house that they had to “fight for.”
The couple married at the ages of 16 and 17 and have been together for six years.
In 2022, Anna’s husband bought their house and some land, all in cash.
This allowed the couple to live “absolutely debt free” in a 2007 caravan.
However, Anna revealed that the trailer needed some renovation work.
She said her husband did the entire renovation “by hand in just a few months, bringing every vision I had to life with his hands.”
And while he worked on the bones of the house, Anna concentrated on the finishing touches.
She explained that she “poured my heart into” decorating the interior of the trailer.
Their home now features an outdoor patio with a covered roof and a ramp entrance.
The living room features sofas, a flat screen, an electric fireplace, a dining table and a breakfast bar.
They also had a fully functioning kitchen, a full bathroom, a children’s room and a large master bedroom.
Outside, the family has a large plot of land that serves as a front garden.
In addition to an above-ground swimming pool, they also have a swing for the children.
TikTok users shared their thoughts about the house in the comments section.
