I had £600,000 surgery at the age of 63 to look younger than my 20-year-old daughter.

ONE of Britain’s most controversial mothers has revealed how much money she spent on surgery to resemble her 20-year-old daughter.

Sarah Burge, 63, made headlines a decade ago after spending a staggering £500,000 on 27 operations, plus countless cosmetic treatments, to transform herself into a human Barbie doll.

Since then she has spent another £100,000 in her quest for eternal youth.

The mother of three caused controversy in 2010 when she gave her then 15-year-old daughter Hannah Botox to the face.

Sarah was spending an average of £20,000 a year on maintaining her appearance at the time, but from the age of 26 she began to change that.

Now she uses discounted Botox to combat the aging of her face.

She told Closer magazine that her job gives her discounts on Botox and fillers and that she is determined to “look even younger” than her 20-year-old daughter Poppy.

“It’s not that I’m jealous of Poppy; I’m just glad she looks beautiful,” she said.

“But I miss that youthful look.

“She is a constant reminder of how I want to look.

“I actually want to look even younger than her.

“I am addicted to surgery. Once you get a taste of improving your appearance and you know what is possible, you want to continue with it.”

In 2012, it was reported that Sarah was giving Poppy vouchers for plastic surgery when she was just seven years old, including a £7,000 voucher for a breast enlargement.

Poppy has not yet cashed in the vouchers, but her surgery-mad mother insists they are ‘there for her if she wants them’.

Sarah still gives Poppy Botox and fillers, including in her armpits to “stop her from sweating”.

“I see it as a form of empowerment through surgery, a way to take control of your appearance,” she added.

Gabriela Peacock, who lives in LONDON, helped Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, among others, with the preparations for their wedding.

She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple, life-changing changes to better ourselves in the future, regardless of our genetic makeup.

“The reality is that we all have unhealthy eating habits from time to time, like eating processed foods, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, breathing in city pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of which are good for us.

“All of this only promotes the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to avoid sugary carbs. They fuel chronic inflammation, one of the biggest enemies of reversing aging.

While you will gain weight if you eat them regularly, it also affects your energy levels and hormone levels, which in turn affects how you look and feel.

Regardless of your age or health condition, it’s never too late to reverse the rate at which you age and embrace the energy and vitality of your younger years.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential in neutralizing free radicals, the culprits behind premature aging.

Including a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet creates a powerful source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish such as salmon and flaxseed, are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3 fatty acids nourish your skin, retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein that decreases in quantity as you age, can be supplemented with collagen-rich foods, such as bone broth and lean protein sources.

“Poppy isn’t just obsessed with her looks.

“She is on her way to getting her pilot qualification. She is well balanced and doing great.”

Sarah is a former Playboy Bunny who owned a swingers club in London in the 2000s.

Nowadays she divides her time between Spain and Stratford-upon-Avon with her husband Tony, 64.
