I had a baby with Nick Cannon – it’s an open relationship, but we ARE together

BRE Tiesi has given insight into her ‘non-traditional’ relationship with Nick Cannon after revealing she doesn’t want a conventional relationship.

The Selling Sunset star, 33, appeared on Sophie Habboo’s Wednesday podcast to discuss her “healthy” relationship with Nick.

Bre is Nick’s eighth mother and gave birth to his twelfth child, a son named Legendary Love, in July 2022.

While talking to Bre, Sophie asked: “You’ve been very vocal about your family setup and it’s quite unconventional, but it’s obviously amazing and it’s working really well for you and your family.”

To which Bre replied: “I want to be very clear, we are not co-parenting, we are very much together and that is why people are confused.

“Basically he has other partners and we’re just open and happy and that’s our thing.”

But wanting to get some clarification, Sophie asked Bre what she would call that kind of relationship.

Bre replied: “People call it all kinds of bullshit, I just call it. I do what I want to do.”

She continues: “I’m not a jealous person, I don’t care, I don’t want a conventional relationship.

“I don’t want a fully alive person that I am responsible for, I am responsible for my child.

“I feel like this is probably, and this is so crazy, the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had.

“It’s great. We never fight, we never have any toxicity, we don’t argue, nothing.

“He’s the best dad and he’s so present. I’ve never asked this man for anything and he doesn’t do it.”

Bre also explained that they don’t live together due to work and travel commitments.

She further explains, “But we spend several nights together.

“We have set nights when we go to our yoga and we have nights when we put my son to bed, we have a full schedule.

“Like you’ll see that he’s obsessed with his father and I’m like, ‘Excuse me, I’m here.’

Breana Falon Tiesi, known as ‘Bre’, was born on May 4, 1991 in Calabasas, California. She is a model, actress and social media personality.

Bre is perhaps best known as the ex-wife of Johnny Manziel, a former NFL quarterback.

The couple finalized their divorce in November 2021, with Tiesi stating that while there was no “bad blood”, she was “officially done” with the marriage.

In late May 2023, Tiesi made headlines after claiming Nick Cannon wasn’t paying child support.

However, The US Sun was unable to verify her allegations.

“The way it works is after 10 [kids]the court can in principle say that he cannot pay child support.

“Or because he is who he is, they can say, ‘We know you can pay X amount for each household.

“I take care of myself. If my son needs something, or we need it, I ask, that’s all I have to do.

“I know he is a good father and that Nick is not my sugar daddy. Nick is not the reason I am where I am today.

“I definitely strive to be the best at everything, to the point where I drive myself crazy, but I’ve done my best to be where I am today.

“I did all this myself, and of course my son is even more of a motivation.

“I want to give him everything from me. Not from my partner.”
