But she got a shock a few months ago when one day she couldn’t get out of bed and said that her life has changed. “

Nicky spoke about the first plate she ignored and said: ‘The last few years I would wake up with pain and my whole body would hurt, but it would only take 30 seconds, a maximum of per minute.

“And then you forget … I thought that was normal.”

The beautician also said that she felt very painful while she sat down after working for the day, but she just put this down on a busy job.

Nicky said that she was also unable to control her body heat, and added that she couldn’t sit in the sun for a long time.

She said: ‘It can be winter, but I would cook warm and sweat. I can’t sit in the sun [as] I would get a rash and I feel that I am cooking from the inside. I thought that was normal. ‘

Nicky said that over the years she has also experienced joint pain in her hands, but she thought this was because she is a hairdresser.

“I always put that at work and thought that was normal,” she added.

She also had problems sleeping and said that she has not been able to go for a chicken for many years.

She said: ‘I just couldn’t function, fatigue, tired again, I thought that was normal. I work a busy, busy job, I run a salon and I have my own company, so I just put it on that. ‘

Nicky urged everyone who experiences these symptoms to check themselves out, because it could be an underlying health problem.
