I have thin, short lashes, my $15 mascara makes it look like I’m wearing fake lashes
A BEAUTY fan shared an effective mascara that transformed her lashes.
They were convinced that this beauty find had caused their ‘sparse’ and short eyelashes to grow into false eyelashes.
Reddit user Painting animals shared her favorite makeup in a post.
She explained that the $15 Tarte Tubing Mascara was a real “game changer” for her.
“I bought a mini version of this Tarte tube mascara at Ulta and I love it,” she said.
“I’m blonde, 48, and have thin, short eyelashes. It looks like I’m wearing fake eyelashes!
“They get so thick and long with the tube mascara.”
Another benefit, she added, is that the mascara doesn’t flake yet is easy to remove.
“Bonus points because it stays put all day and is easier to remove than traditional mascaras,” she said of the find, which retails for $27 for a regular-size tube.
“It’s a little pricey, but I’m sold forever. Same goes for Buxom Plump Shot lip serum. Pricey, but nothing compares. Everything else is Elf for me.”

“There is an ‘XL’ (more powerful) version that I haven’t tried yet,” she added.
Thousands of fans shared similar rave reviews about the popular mascara.
One woman stressed that this was the only product she wanted on her lashes.
“Awesome, definitely delivers! This is the only mascara I want to wear, all the time,” she said.
Others confirmed its long-lasting effect.
“I love this mascara! [It] “It stays on all day, doesn’t smudge at all and it looks like you’ve been wearing it all day,” one person said.
“This makes your lashes look amazing!” added another.
“I can’t even explain the difference, [it’s] night and day.”
A huge fan urged others to grab it and end their mascara search, period.
“You have to like looking like you went somewhere to get these lashes. False lashes in a bottle,” she said.
