SHE doesn’t shy away from a well-groomed outfit.

She also decided to ignore the warnings about shoes while on vacation and opted for a pair of strappy sandals and stilettos.

In a video On her TikTok page, Andjela showed off her look for the evening, captioning the top: “They told you not to wear heels in Mykonos.

“But you are Slavic and used to wearing heels almost everywhere!”

She added in the caption: “Be prepared for judgmental looks.”

Andjela added a berry-colored handbag to the outfit and wore her blonde hair in a high ponytail.

The clip shows her walking down a cobblestone street as men and women look her up and down.

“Hahaha, I did that too, big mistake,” someone wrote in the comments.

To which Andjela replied, “Hahaha, even though I don’t regret it, I wouldn’t recommend it!”

“Yes, they judge the heels,” added another.

Andjela replied, “And I don’t give a damn!”

DEATH OF HEELS IS A FASHION TRAGEDY

“Why wouldn’t you wear it? I’m going in two weeks,” wrote a third.

She explains: “Because of the streets there, like in this video, and because it’s busy, but for me personally it wasn’t that bad.

“Maybe next time I’ll bring some wedges.”

“As a Greek it’s because of the streets and it’s generally considered ‘not normal’ to wear heels on the Greek islands,” replied another.

“People don’t like being told what to do, that’s when accidents happen,” someone else noted.

However, others insisted that Andjela had the right to wear whatever she wanted.

The most popular trends for spring/summer 2024

Clemmie Fieldsend, Fashion Editor at Fabulous, shares the biggest trends on the streets and catwalks this spring/summer.

SHORTS

I know, shorts for summer. Groundbreaking. But you’ll be seeing them everywhere this year, from micro hot pants to long, denim Bermuda styles to tailored and everything in between. They’re a must-have for any occasion.

WHITE

White is usually synonymous with a summer holiday, but whether you’re in the UK or abroad, you’ll see head-to-toe white looks everywhere you go.

The shopping street is already a, uh, white car wash with a trend that also includes shoes and accessories.

HIGH GLOSS

Whether it’s metallics or sequins, in 2024, glitter isn’t just for Christmas.
You can count on sparkling looks at festivals, weddings or even a barbecue in your neighbour’s garden, combined with bright colours or simple white.

POCKET TROUSERS

Wide and loose jeans have been a staple in our wardrobes since fall and winter, but now that the warmer months are upon us, expect wide-leg pants to make an appearance.
From crisp cotton to lightweight linen, soft trousers belong in your wardrobe.

PUMPS

Ballerinas and Mary Janes have been popular again for a while now, but for summer they’re less ballerinas and more beach-ready.

Woven models and mesh textures are all the rage on the catwalk and in the high street, just think of the jelly shoe from 2024.

GO GIRLISH

All things romantic and girly are in for spring with sheer fabrics, pastel shades of blue, yellow and pink taking over the catwalk. Decorated with bows, lace or flowers, most looks should have a hyper ‘girly’ element.

“I always wear heels abroad and at home a woman in Turkey told me to get with the times because everyone is wearing flats!!!!” wrote one person.

“Sorry, I don’t and I won’t, lol!”

“It’s good that you just wear what you want and want to wear,” added another.

But someone else warned to be careful with heels in a cobbled town: “I’ve done this in Santorini and had to climb precariously down to my cave home while drunk.

“I did this every day. I got too confident and fell!”
