I Improved My Jawline Without Fillers Using a FREE 3-Step Routine
A 37-year-old shared how she gave herself a Kardashian-esque jawline without fillers or facials.
Hillary Muscatello prides herself on having a simple beauty routine that’s just as effective as expensive treatments and potions.
“You can get your jawline back naturally with just a little effort,” she says.
After spending much of her summer traveling, Hillary discovered she had been neglecting her skin care.
That’s why she perfected her jawline the way she knows best: with a three-step routine.
First, Hillary dips her face three times in ice water.

Next, use a gua sha to reduce the puffiness around her jawline.
Finally, she drinks a mug of Kardashian-approved “detox” green tea.
Immersing your face in ice water — also called a cold water bath or ice water facial — can help reduce swelling and inflammation in several ways.
This is because it causes the blood vessels to narrow, which reduces blood flow to the area, leading to less swelling and swelling.
When you remove your face from the cold water, the blood vessels dilate again, improving circulation and giving your face a healthy glow.
Additionally, the cold temperature can help reduce inflammation by numbing the skin and underlying tissues.
Gua shas are a great tool for manually draining lymph fluid from the face, as this builds up in the tissues and contributes to swelling.
The addition of ‘detox’ tea simply nourishes the skin from within.
Hillary, who describes her beauty routine as budget-friendly and easy to use, says the cup of tea is Kardashian-approved.
You can also apply a face mask at the end of your routine to make your skin glow even more.

She’s been foundation-free for two years thanks to her natural skincare routine, according to Newsweek.
What’s the science behind green tea promoting flawless skin?
Josie O’Brien, Senior Digital Writer at Fabulous, spoke to Dr Sach Mohan about the science behind the skincare benefits of green tea…
“Regularly drinking green tea provides many overall health benefits, far more than drinking black tea,” says the renowned cosmetic doctor and founder of Harley Street. Revere Clinics.
Green tea has strong antioxidant properties and recently published scientific studies show beneficial results in protecting cells from aging.
“It also has antioxidant properties that can help combat and reduce free radical damage (from environmental pollutants, sun exposure and smoking) and oxidative stress that contribute to skin aging.
“One of the catechins (epigallocatechin-3-gallate, also known as EGCG) also has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and irritation, making it useful for people with acne and eczema.”
Let’s get current
“The anti-inflammatory benefits of green tea – soothing the skin, reducing redness and irritation, and calming sunburn and acne – and its hydrating and anti-aging effects can be achieved in the same way by applying it topically to the skin,” adds Dr. Sach.
“People have been using homemade remedies for centuries, applying the crushed leaves directly to their skin.”
