WITH her towel against her body, Estelle Keeber, 41, looks around the garden and tries to decide between a spot of sunbathing, a dip in the hot tub or relaxing in the jacuzzi.
The mother of two boys, aged 15 and 13, from Leicester opts for the hot tub and steps in to enjoy the relaxing bubbles and sunshine.

Estelle may sound like the millions of other Britons who want to make the most of the high temperatures and summer sun.
The only difference is that Estelle has virtually nothing.
This confident mom who runs social media consultancy Immortal Monkey prides herself on her ability to sunbathe topless and soak in the hot tub, and prefers to be completely naked.
Her first foray into nudity came eight years ago, when she was 33. She realized she needed to become more confident in her body.
“At first, I didn’t have the postpartum body,” she says.
“But after I took my top off in the garden, I changed my mind and realised, ‘Yes, this is amazing!’
“Our garden is overlooked by houses. I found a place where people couldn’t see me when I was topless. That was the first step to embracing nude sunbathing.”
Now she enjoys sunbathing naked, so much so that she visited a nudist beach in Spain last year.
“It was in honor of my 40th birthday and now I’m obsessed with it,” she says.
“I love to lie in the sun, feel the warmth on my body and get the maximum dose of vitamin DI. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I take my kit off as soon as the sun comes out.
“I never thought nude sunbathing could be so empowering. More people should try it. It teaches you confidence and gives you an overall tan.”
And she said she was very happy with today’s temperatures, which were expected to reach 31 degrees in the UK.
“This great weather means I’m ticking off as many au naturel activities as possible, including nude spa activities.” “Hello,” she says.
Single Estelle, who lived on food banks before starting her own business in 2015, has become extra wild since turning 40.

“I wrote a ‘F*** it I’m 40’ list of things I wanted to challenge myself to do naked – including the beach,” she says.
“I had preconceptions about naturist beaches with perverted people, but I was wrong.
“I put my towel down and no one looked or cared. There were people of all shapes and sizes enjoying the sun, just like me. It was very refreshing.
“That’s why I know Britain’s nudist beaches will be awash with sunshine this weekend.”
Two weeks ago, Estelle took on another naked challenge when she booked a day at a nude spa in Birmingham.
“I had a few canceled appointments and it was an impulsive decision… but it changed my life because it was so amazing,” she says.
A sun hat, sunglasses and a towel are all you need

When Estelle arrived, she paid £60 for her ‘starter day’ package and was greeted by robed staff who gave her a towel and gave her a list of treatments and rules.
“Naturist areas always have a list of clear rules,” she says.
“I felt safer and more respected in the naturist spa than when I was walking my dog in the local park at 6am.
“The spa has single-sex changing rooms. The towel you get at reception is not to wrap around you, but to sit on.
“Naturist sites have a strict etiquette policy for sitting on a towel. You can ask for other towels to be wrapped around you.”
Estelle enjoyed a full-body nude massage before heading to the spa’s nude gardens.
“It was amazing. There were people sunbathing naked, chatting in groups or using the hot tub.
“I quickly forgot I was naked and the jacuzzi was amazing.
“I also had a nude sauna.”
Estelle sat naked in a hot tub and sunbathed nude for a while before the rain and colder weather forced her to go inside.
“The spa offered nude dining,” she says.
CAN I SUNBATHE NAKED IN MY GARDEN?
It is not an offence to be naked in public. This means that in the UK it is not illegal to be naked in your own garden.
But that all changes when your actions upset or embarrass those around you.
The law states: “In the absence of any sexual context and in relation to nudity where the person does not intend to cause distress or distress, it is normally appropriate to take no action unless members of the public are actually being harassed, distressed or distressed (rather than considering the likelihood of this).”
Lawyer Lynette Calder told The Sun that it is therefore fine to be naked in your own garden, as long as you do not intend to bother or embarrass the neighbours.
She said: “Unless you are in breach of section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 – that is, ‘deliberately exposing your genitals with the intention of causing someone to see them and thereby cause them distress or alarm’ – then there is no specific rule against nudity in the UK.”
The best way to avoid getting into trouble with the police while enjoying the British sunshine is to be careful.
Please also note that someone may ring your doorbell while you are sunbathing naked.
It is not illegal to open the door of your house in your underwear or to walk around the house naked. But if nudity becomes a habit and your neighbors complain to the police often enough, they can take action against you.
“That was the most challenging thing for me: walking into a dining room and seeing people eating naked.
“I didn’t know where to put my napkin. I was afraid I would splatter food on my breasts or legs, so I decided to have a pizza that was splatter-free.
“But by the end of the meal, eating naked seemed like the most normal thing in the world. The whole day seemed like a real treat!”
Estelle goes to her own garden to sunbathe topless,
“For me, being naked or topless is a matter of respect,” she says.
“My garden is so open to the neighbours that I can’t go all out. I can go topless. Enjoy the sun and get the health benefits.
“I plan to spend more time doing a nude spa day or taking a day trip to a local naturist beach.
“I don’t go to these places to get perverted. That’s not the point.
“I’m going to strengthen myself and develop my self-confidence as a 40-something.
“You can do it at any age. A sun hat, sunglasses and a towel are all you need.
“But don’t forget your sunscreen… it’s important to always look well-groomed.”
