I like to wear £14 Tesco slippers as outerwear, I give ‘Mormon Wives’ chic
AWAY from our screens, Gogglebox star Roisin Kelly works in an office at her day job.
The armchair critic appears in the Channel 4 show with her boyfriend Joe Kyle.

And it looks like her cozy couch style influences her workwear style.
In a recent TikTok video, Roisin admitted that she wears her Tesco slippers to the office.
She bought her Tasman Ugg dupes in the supermarket for just £14.
She paired them with jeans and a flowy white top and said, “I need some advice because I want to wear a pair of slippers to work.
“I got these recently and they look like those Tasman Uggs.
Anyway, one episode of Mormon Wives and a pair of fake Uggs later and I’ve started dressing like a Mormon.
“It’s because I embrace my natural hair, which means I don’t brush it and leave it frizzy.”
She added: “But I want to wear this to work. I wanted the real Uggs, but I’m not going to spend a hundred or so many pounds on shoes and then have to buy bloody shoe protectors. [and] shoe covers.
“So here I am in my slippers that I’m going to wear. But I don’t know if they look too much like slippers. Maybe I’m trying to get away with it.
“I look like someone’s grandpa, Grandpa Joe. I want to wear them so they come with me to work.”
Her trial video has been viewed more than 69,000 times and fashion fans are in complete agreement about the slippers.
“I would definitely wear them,” one insisted.
A second wrote: “I wear mine to the shops.”
A third added, “No, this is all I wear to the office in the winter, Mormon dead.”
Meanwhile, a fourth said: “Act confident and no one will question you. You can rock it.”
Roisin Kelly and hilarious pal Joe Kyle became the first Scottish armchair critics in six years to appear on Gogglebox when they made their debut in 2022.
Outside of the show, Roisin has hosted a podcast titled Nagers and boasterswho is making a comeback.
She has also gained fame on social media by sharing outfit clips and items she sells on Vinted with her 60,000 followers.
And the social media producer regularly posts her favorite work wardrobe.
In a recent video, Roisin admitted that she had “good visions” for an office outfit.
She paired a loose white top with a tie-front denim vest, red striped beach pants and red Adidas gazelles.
But she later joked that her final look made her look more like a pantomime villain.
