I live in council housing despite earning £20,000 a month and people call me a bad mother.
A £20,000-a-month mother living in social housing says people called her a bad mother for putting e-cigarettes in her children’s lunch boxes.
Whitney Ainscough struggled to make ends meet two years ago thanks to Universal Credit, but is now making a fortune thanks to her social media channels.
The mother of three lives in Rotherham and earns between £10,000 and £20,000 a month through her online profile, where she goes by the name itsmebadmomm.
Whitney’s often funny videos cover everything from family life to weight loss to her favorite shopping sprees.
She has 376,000 followers on TikTok alone.
Her fortunes have improved dramatically over the past 12 months and she can now afford foreign holidays, as well as a new Range Rover.

The 31-year-old also splashed out on weight loss surgery, helping her shed a whopping 35 pounds and get the body she’s always wanted.
Whitney has now established herself as a legitimate private company and is inundated with offers from clothing and other brands all wanting to collaborate with her and be featured on her channels.
She said: “I started making funny videos about packed lunches and it immediately went viral.
“My daughter asked me to join TikTok, but I didn’t know why. There just seemed to be so many perfect parents on TikTok, so I decided to be a bad mom.
“I wanted to be myself, make people feel better and show that life isn’t always perfect.”
She added: “I get a lot of hate online – I don’t care. Without working online I wouldn’t have had my surgery.
“I now have much more confidence in my appearance and many clothing brands want to work with me.
“I can spend my time with my three children and provide them with a great life.
“We get a lot of luxuries – we’ve been on holiday twice this year so far, I bought a Range Rover in cash and I’m hoping to get a mortgage soon too.”
The platform was created after she started sharing her lifestyle and claiming benefits in 2022.
When she posts a livestream on TikTok, the mother of three racks up hundreds of likes by dancing around the kitchen in just her dressing gown.
And when the likes and comments reach 1,000, she knows she’s in the money.
That’s because every view makes money, thanks to TikTok’s creator fund and associated advertising deals.
Whitney previously told Fabulous that she is on course to earn more than £200,000 by 2024 – something he proudly describes as “more than twice what the Prime Minister earns”.
“All I do is hang out on TikTok and social media for a few hours a day – it’s a total joke,” she added.
“I was on Universal Credit and was getting by on £1,200 a month.
“Now I can earn that in just one day, while people follow me on social media.
“I even earn hundreds of euros from posts about what I eat for dinner.
“It’s hilarious that the Prime Minister has to work over 100 hours a week.
“I’m going to make double that on social media, by winding up trolls and dancing in my kitchen.”
While she built an army of fans, she also faced fierce criticism, who called her a bad mother.
In a funny TikTok video, she can be seen making a packed lunch for her kids, complete with a piece of garlic bread from a takeaway, chips, a can of Pepsi Max, peanuts and a vape pen.
However, Whitney continued to insist that the video was a joke and should not be taken seriously.
The mother currently lives in a two-bedroom social housing unit with her boyfriend, three children and two dogs.
But she is desperate to find a new place, as the family has ‘no room to breathe’ in their current home.
In June she viewed a four-bedroom house for rent from a private landlord that she described as “literally perfect”.
However, the landlord offered the property to someone else.
