I put a tracker on my husband’s phone, but it took a psychic to prove he was cheating
Research has shown that Scottish women are most likely to use a crystal ball to find out if their partner is cheating.
More than half of women have consulted a psychic to find out if their partner has cheated, with 43 percent of them coming from areas north of the border.
A new study by dating website Illicit Encounters reveals that psychics are increasingly being used as detectives to uncover infidelity.
Sex and relationship expert Jessica Leoni said: “It’s fascinating to see how more and more women are turning to psychics for answers to questions about infidelity.
“It is a trend that emphasizes the deep need for security and confirmation in relationships.
“When people feel their relationship is at stake, they often go to great lengths to find out the truth, even if it means consulting the mystical world.”
The survey found that a whopping 83 percent of respondents doubted their partner’s fidelity.
And in 68 percent of them, that suspicion was confirmed by a fortune teller.
Elsewhere, Caroline, a married dating site user from Aberdeen, took drastic action after suspecting her husband was cheating.
She said: “I had suspected for some time that my partner was cheating.
“I tried everything: I checked his phone, analyzed his behavior, even installed a tracking app. I’m not proud of that.
“Frustrated and desperate for answers, I booked a session with a local psychic.”
She added: “During the reading she revealed details about my partner’s recent activities and it all added up.”
