A woman with acne on her body has revealed the ultimate product that helped her get rid of stubborn spots in just two days.
She wished she had tried the hair product sooner because it worked so quickly.

Reddit user IjustlikereadingAITA shared her concerns about acne on her body in a post on the platform.
“I’ve been suffering from acne on my torso for years, but recently it’s gotten really bad,” she says.
Also known as back acne, it is caused by sweat, oil, pressure, friction and closure of the area.
“I was having fits of rage all over my chest, which made me feel extremely insecure. And my back and shoulders were even worse,” she added.
She revealed her secret to success, which she had previously ignored, but she decided to try it.
“I remember reading here once that Head & Shoulders shampoo helps with acne on the trunk, but I ignored it at the time,” she said.
At that point she was willing to try anything and said the “worst case scenario” was that she “wasted” some money.

After swapping her shower gel for Head & Shoulders shampoo, she was completely overwhelmed.
She says she sponges the hair product all over her body and then uses her “normal moisturizer.”
“Within TWO DAYS all the spots on my chest were gone,” she enthused.
The Reddit user admitted that she still has a few on her back, but the number of spots has significantly reduced.

“I have no idea how or why it works, but I’m going to keep doing it!” she added.
While it worked well for her skin, she admitted that “everyone’s skin is different,” so it may not work for everyone.
“I would encourage anyone out there struggling with bacne to at least give it a try,” she said.
