According to budget-conscious beauty lovers, you can now skip those expensive trips to the nail salon as discount store Poundland offers an affordable alternative.

That’s right, the retailer has come to the rescue and is helping shoppers reduce monthly costs with press studs which are available in a range of sleek and glamorous designs.

One customer, Rachel Jacques, from Manchester, was so pleased with hers that she went to the Poundland Valuation Association group on Facebook to get excited about the bargain find.

While showing off her fabulous nails, the beauty lover wrote in her message: ”These nails from Poundland are £1.50 and are so good.”

Rachel was thrilled with her budget-friendly purchase and said that despite the low price, the quality was also great and the product didn’t fail.

“They stay on for days and don’t damage your natural nails like acrylic nails do!”

In the photo uploaded with the post, the Poundland fan shows off her square nails with a classic French tip and a few dainty flowers on a nude pink base – the perfect choice for any occasion.

Rachel isn’t the only one raving about her £1.50 beauty find. Fellow shopper Helen Dyass was also raving about her glamorous nails.

The Poundland customer shared a photo of the shiny pink press-ons with intricate white detailing and said she no longer needs to make expensive trips to the nail salon.

“I love Poundland nails. I don’t get them done professionally anymore.”

The post clearly made an impression on dozens of Facebook users, with many of them responding en masse to share their thoughts and tag their friends to let them know about the deal.

”Someone was amazed at the look and wrote: ”Stunning! You wouldn’t even know they were from Poundland!”

Another joined in the conversation: “I’ve had these and they’re really good, and also the plain, square, lilac ones.”

“They look beautiful,” wrote a third.

How to Save Money on Beauty Purchases

IF your wallet is feeling tighter than ever and you’re looking to save money on your makeup routine, have you ever considered trying out beauty dupes?

While the feedback seemed to be mostly positive, some beauty lovers complained about the quality and the peeling nails.

“I’ve tried so many of these nails but they never stay on. As soon as I do the dishes they fall right off,” cried one social media user.

According to other nail enthusiasts, it is better to avoid using Poundland glue and instead attach the press-ons with “a good glue from Superdrug”.

“The glue is terrible, the nails are okay,” someone explained.

“I use Savers brilliant glue, it lasts two weeks,” added another.
