A WOMAN who works at McDonald’s has revealed the Drive Thru secret that customers are wary of.
Kenya, who works in a McDonald’s restaurant and Drive Thru in the UK, said they can hear and see everything you do.

She took to social media to answer questions from customers, including whether McDonald’s employees could hear them in the Drive Thru.
It can be annoying to have to repeat yourself to employees because the microphone doesn’t pick up everything. But Kenya showed that they were listening to you the whole time.
She admitted, “Yes, when you go through the drive thru, we can hear you, we can see you. Just because you can’t hear us or you can’t see us doesn’t mean we can’t.
“The names we sometimes hear when someone has been there for five seconds are unthinkable.
“I would never behave like that, and I hope any of you watching this video would never behave like that either.”
The young woman has worked at McDonald’s for four years and says she has been “ridiculed hundreds of times.”
Kenya said this often happens when she asks a customer if they need “anything else” after they tell her each time what food item they want to order.
“I know it’s annoying, the phrase ‘yeah, anything else’, but I just want to make sure.” And she sees the customer copying her in the car. “Something like that guys… we can see you.”
She also said that they take a picture of you in your car when you pass by.
Kenya did not provide details about the reason, but did say that the photo was deleted from the system once you left.
The video she posted on her TikTok account @kenyaxo went viral with over 1.6 million views and 147,000 likes.
People reacted with shock to the revelations and immediately responded with reactions.
