‘I wouldn’t feed that to a dog’, people come for a mother showing her dinner
A mother has been criticised after she showed off the dinner she made for her children using ‘everything she got out of a packet’.
Single mother of three Alexandra Sabol took to TikTok to proudly share how she prepared a delicious dish for her kids — but the now viral video ended up being trolled in a horrible way.
The 27-year-old brunette beauty started the cooking process by throwing a pack of hot dog sausages into a pan and then added some seasoning.
When they were nicely caramelized and crispy, Alexandra cut them into smaller pieces with scissors and added a generous amount of water and what seemed like several jugs of milk.
While the sausages were marinating in the water and milk mixture, the foodie threw in two packages of ready-made macaroni and cheese, as well as the powder for the iconic cheese flavor.
After the macaroni had soaked up all the goodness, the parent was ready to dish up the food. She threw the plastic plates in front of her.
The hot meal was supplemented with a handful of fresh young carrots for extra nutrients and vitamins, and a generous pinch of salt.
Very happy with the dinner, the mother, who posts under the username @alexbabii97said the dish would be for her five- and seven-year-old children.
But while the little ones enjoyed the hearty macaroni and cheese dish, social media users were anything but impressed.
Since the video was shared on the platform, it has been viewed a whopping 5.6 million times and has also received a lot of criticism from concerned viewers who were worried about the huge amount of sodium.
Someone said: “I enjoy watching your videos, but the salt is too much.
‘Hot dogs already contain a huge amount of sodium and are a great companion to the hamburger.
“Don’t be mean. You want to live a long and healthy life.”
Hamburger Helper is a packaged food product from Eagle Foods.
In the package it consists of a dried carbohydrate, with powdered herbs in a bag. Gourmets can choose between a rice dish or a pasta meal.
Another agreed, describing the dinner outright as “complete garbage.”
Someone else joined in the conversation. He was shocked by the lack of fresh produce: “Everything comes out of the package and is unhealthy.”

“People are so quick to judge and rude! Just forget what they have to say girl,” someone else wrote.
