I’m 30 and have three kids but pass for a teenager – my skin is glowing thanks to a purchase of £6 boots
A WOMAN who is in her 30s but could pass for a teenager has revealed the purchase of £6 boots she swears by for perfect skin.
Mom of three Valeria Lipovetsky took to TikTok to share the five hacks she swears by to maintain a youthful glow.
Vitamin C serum
Valeria revealed that she uses a vitamin C serum to brighten her skin.
Vitamin C serum helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles and can also protect your skin from sun damage.
You can buy a bottle from Boots for just £6, and it also helps fade dark spots.
Retinol
Retinol can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by increasing collagen and cell turnover.

“I started using this in my late 20s to promote cell turnover,” Valeria said.
Body dry brushing
The busy mom also revealed that she dry brushes her body to look youthful.
Dry brushing helps exfoliate your skin, improves circulation and aids digestion.
It also helps with cellulite.
Use a natural bristle brush to simply brush your body upwards toward your heart in short, firm strokes.
Cold shower
At the end of each show, Valeria switches the water to ice cold for 20 seconds.
This increases immunity and improves your circulation.
Gua Sha
Every night before bed, Valeria does Gua Sha to relieve muscle tension and reduce wrinkles.
Gua Sha is a natural alternative medicine that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged massage tool.
Tips for aging gracefully
There are a number of habits you can adopt to care for your health and well-being as you age.
Age UK shared the following tips:
- Do things you enjoy every day – whether that’s cooking, seeing friends or enjoying a good book
- Stay hydrated: Drink six to eight cups of water per day
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to lower your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, eat beans, legumes, fish, eggs and meat to help your body recover after an injury, starchy carbohydrates for energy, dairy products to keep bones strong
- Manage long-term health problems to prevent them from worsening or having a greater impact on your health
- Stop smoking and reduce alcohol intake to a maximum of 14 units per week
- Make mental health a priority and make sure you get treatment for it as it can impact physical health too
- Make sure you get a good night’s sleep
- Keep socializing — and call a friend or loved one if you can’t leave the house
- Be physically active to lower your risk of depression and dementia, heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s and some cancers
