Adriana added that she started taking collagen in her 30s, which she believes has had a huge impact on the way she looks today.

Collagen improves the elasticity of your skin, preventing fine lines and wrinkles.

Do not tan

Adriana said she never goes to a tanning bed and that she hates lying in the sun.

Sun exposure can lead to premature signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines.

Adriana prefers to use self-tanner to give herself a natural glow.

Water

Adriana makes sure she drinks two to three liters of water a day.

“I really try to keep track of how much I drink throughout the day,” she said.

“It has a big impact on your appearance.”

Drinking water helps the skin retain moisture and elasticity, which can reduce wrinkles and signs of premature aging.
