I’m 43 and am constantly told I look like I’m in my 30s – my ‘religious’ habit
A SKINCARE enthusiast’s anti-aging routine has become a religion.
She doesn’t pray to look younger, she just puts into practice some effective and healthy habits.
A Redditor shared a post after about how she doesn’t mind being reminded regularly that she looks more than ten years younger than she actually is.
She swore by her techniques to turn back the clock.
“I’m 43 and people constantly tell me I look like I’m only in my early 30s,” she says.
She also knew what to avoid if she didn’t want to accelerate the aging process.
“The most important thing I’ve done consistently in my life is avoid being in the sun unprotected at all costs,” she said.
“I’ve always worn sunscreen and when the sun is out I always wear a hat with a brim and sunglasses,” she added.
She had no intention of neglecting her beauty care by lying in the sun.
And that wasn’t the only thing she owed her youthful skin to.

“I chose never to have children, so I think that helped a lot too,” she said.
Her beauty sleep also remains a top priority, so that she is always ‘well rested’.
This sun-conscious skincare enthusiast was happy to share which product gave her favorite glow-up.
She swore by Purely Optimal’s Multi Collagen Peptides supplement.
If you want to copy her routine, you can purchase the biotin and hyaluronic acid supplements on Amazon for $29.99.
It also consists of five different types of collagen.
Eating unhealthy food was also not her habit.
“I’ve never eaten so much sugar or fried food,” she said.
She believed that a “healthy and active sex life” also helped her turn back the clock.
Others shared their own tricks for fighting aging.
“Cut out toxic people. Removing stress will do wonders,” said one Redditor.
Another reader was convinced that sleeping “ridiculous hours” and doing downward yoga kept them younger.
They also prioritized living well by working flexible hours and eating healthy.
“[I] “Eat healthy and the fat on my face will be less visible,” they joked.
