The personal trainer from sunny Australia may be an expert in all the exercises, but she only recommends one and it’s completely free.

She shared that running is her secret exercise that keeps her looking fantastic and youthful.

But she also noted that people often fail to persevere because of their mindset, discomfort or ego.

Starting out as a runner can be tough. At first, you may not be able to go as fast or as far as you would like, but that doesn’t have to scare you off.

“Did you know that running is a survival mechanism for the body? It is a normal function, but as a human race has evolved and become a choice,” she wrote on Instagram.

“This is at the expense of humanity. You think – from a child who first started walking as a toddler, they run even when they are unsteady. So why do adults stop running? Mindset. Discomfort. Ego.

“I want you to survive longer. Live with mobility. I want you to see your abilities. I encourage you to teach yourself to run again. Today is the day. Go for it! It’s your life on the line.”

She uses this approach with her children too, making sure their breakfast, lunch and dinner are packed with “real, whole foods” that promote good health. health.
